Contra Costa County Public Works Department will perform culvert work on the east side of the Highway 4 Bypass between Lone Tree Way and Sand Creek Road starting on October 12 through November 4, 2010. Motorists should be aware of work crews near the roadway Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
