An Open Letter from Todd Pastorini:
Tonight, I am writing to the town of Discovery Bay in desperation for bringing some justice to this community.
We have just learned that a thief so boldly broke into our ‘ranch’ next to the Bixler boat storage to steel a $250.00 go-kart last night. In doing so, they have created a very serious accident and death to a family member.
Last night between 5 P.M. and 2 A.M. somebody had the gall to cut the locks to our horse stables and steal a worthless go-kart. In doing so, they left they gates open that keep the horses in the pasture.
Approximately 2:00 A.M. one of our prized horses was struck by a vehicle and killed on Highway 4. Our family cannot comprehend the loss at this time.
If you have any information on the theft of a blue “masters of motion” fun kart, I will happily pay for the reward. Emal: todd@pastorinis.com

FOLLOW-UP: Heather and I want to thank everyone for their kindest words and thoughts over the past few days. Your thoughts and prayers reminds us of all the good people that exist in our community.
We still have no solid leads. Here is a picture of the Go Kart in new condition. It has been used since and has some worn tires in the front and it will have dirt and mud on it.
This may help in catching these crooks.
