In the last 10 days, residents from every treated bay, have reported dramatic improvements in the Egeria Densa. Some bays that were difficult to swim and boat in are now almost clear.
The treatment process will be an ongoing one, as not all bays have been treated, and not all treated bays are yet clear.

This is great. However, we need to have a long term maintenance program so we do not have this problem in the future. The State paid for this and stated this is a one time project for them. I hear there is a lot of talk about what the community is going to do long term to keep it from coming back but nothing as far as policy. Please we can not let this happen again!
