what makes him or her a bonehead ?
The Bonehead Boater is a monthly comlumn in the Delta Sun Times awarded to all boaters who have found themselves in a photo-worthy predicament. I earned a Bonehead myself last year as we grounded ourselves when the tide went out! All Boaters have a Bonehead moment eventually! We have been publishing the Bonehead Boater since 1998.
