Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt, April 7th
The Easter Bunny will scatter thousands of surprise-filled eggs across Discovery Bay’s Cornell Park on Saturday, April 7th.
Hundreds of children attend this free event each year, and are separated by age group, starting with the adorable “two and under” group of egg runners and crawlers.
The egg hunt starts promptly at 10:00 am and will last only minutes as the children run (or crawl) to fill their baskets, so don’t disappoint the wee ones by being late.
Arrive early for pictures with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy several fun activities and free games. The Easter Bonnet contest is a new favorite for all ages. Go crazy and decorate your Easter Bonnet for a chance at fun prizes.
Now in it’s 16th year, the Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt is presented by the Discovery Bay Lions Club and proceeds from raffles benefit the local churches’ vacation bible school summer day camp program.
