The Discovery Bay Community Services District (CSD) appointed a new Director at it’s meeting tonight (April 4), to fill the seat left by Brian Dawson when he resigned in February.
The first vote was 2-2, between Jim Mattison and Bruce Hall. After discussion, the stalemate had to be broken, and the ultimate choice settled upon Jim Mattison.
Mattison currently has served on the CSD Community Center Committee since 2011, and is best known for his service work with the Discovery Bay Lions Club and CYO Basketball League.
