It’s time! The windows are decorated and it is time to head to the Boardwalk and vote for your favorite window. Every storefront has decorated in a different, spooky-theme, some are very elaborate!
You can use the ballot box outside the Harbor Master’s office or you can vote through your phone once you are there. Just make sure you have a QR Reader.
