The 10th Annual Discovery Bay Parade of Lights this Saturday (12/1) will roll “rain or shine” according to Parade Captain, Rick Pierce. “The weather has always been good to us, and it’s only sprinkled once in ten years. Hopefully, the weather will clear again for us Saturday night, but if it doesn’t – that will be fun, too!”
“More than 1,000 people have come together to build floats and volunteer to make this a spectacular parade, so we hope everyone will come out and cheer on this great community effort!” said Parade Director and Founder, Amanda Dove.
I am volunteering to direct traffic, oh what fun. It’ll be grand.
