THURSDAY, AUGUST 22 —– The Byron Union School District (BUSD) Trustees and school principals honored a select number of high achieving students at this evenings Board of Trustees meeting. These students were invited to attend as the result of achieving a perfect score on their STAR test (the current state standardized test), in mathematics, language arts, or the sciences.
STAR testing results were released last week to the entire state of California, and while statewide results and county results were down, the BUSD results demonstrated significant gain and improvement.
