Beaver Lane Arrest —- At approximately 3:15 PM, the Contra Costa Sheriff received reports of 3-4 shots fired at a home on Beaver Lane. 8 patrol cars and several emergency vehicles responded, blocking both ends of the road as a canine unit was sent inside the home. The deputies were in search of a man and the woman who lives in the home. While there was concern for the welfare of the woman, following the man’s arrest the sheriff stated there were no known injuries at that time.
It was unclear if drugs were involved but multiple neighbors stated that this home is known to them as a home where drug dealing occurs.
Beaver Lane is now open again, although deputies were still on scene at the time of this report.
