Liberty High seniors, Wyatt Taylor and David Dove, both delivered truly memorable speeches at the Brentwood Lions’ 84th Annual Student Speaker Contest held today. [Saturday, March 6 @ DeLuna Ranch]. The topic: The Pros & Cons of Distance Learning. The judging criteria called for clarity, originality, enthusiasm and sincerity and both of these gentleman brought it all in their content-filled performances, offering real insight and new perspectives.
Coincidentally, these two seniors are also officers of the Delta Leos service club, a teen chapter of Lions Club International. Taylor is president, Dove, treasurer.
